"I don’t usually write reviews but I need to for this AutoZone location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .. especially with the store manager. I live in the Savannah area. We used to live in Augusta since we are military, so we are used to the area. My parents came to visit for the weekend & their radiator went down. No one in my area had the part in stock. They would’ve had to order & it would take long. My mom suggested I called a store here in Augusta, & so I did. I was told they didn’t have 1 in stock but it was at their nearest hub & they could have it in store the next morning. I said we will do that because we can enjoy Augusta for a bit & pick up the radiator. Keep in mind it’s. 2.5 hr drive for me. Once in Augusta ready to pick it up. I get told it’s headed to Louisiana. At this point I’m very confused. I called the hub only to find out it was still at their location. The hub was an additional 1hr drive. Before I told them to place the ordered I triple checked to make sure they were gonna have it ready for me in Augusta. The manager didn’t work with me didn’t bother in helping me. I had to drive the additional hour. Making it a 3hr drive for me back home. I’m not sure where the communication lacked or if the person who “ordered” it even ordered it for me on time. But this was by far the worst experience. I couldn’t even get at least a discount for the radiator."
