"The quality of food has gone downhill....the waitress was amazing. Voiced concern to manager MICHAEL WHO COULDVE CARED LESS and walked away from table after my complaint. So called managers like this is what ruins an entire establishment. You don't treat people like garbage. Will never go back to this location. Food and management was better years ago when I would eat here weekly...I don't know where he came from but if he's so unhappy with his job it's time for a new career"

"I don’t even know where to start with this establishment. The discrimination was at an all time high!!! When we first arrived (a party of 2 and 2 toddlers) we were seated immediately. We arrived around lunch time so it wasn’t as busy. However, once we were seated it took them a whole hour to bring out our food. The food was very cold! My drink was only refilled once! The waiter basically just ignored us the whole time. The waiter was so rude towards us to the point another waiter was serving us. A group of nurses walked in and once they sat down the waiter attended to them right away with smiles and good energy. It didn’t take no longer than 20 minutes for them to receive their food. The nurses arrived 30 - 35 minutes after us and we received our food at the same time. The waiter attitude towards us was horrible. She was mean mugging my smiling baby for absolutely no reason. Maybe she felt as if we weren’t going to leave her a big tip as the other customers but we were. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and discrimination she didn’t get tipped as big. I left the establishment completely pissed off. This was my first time attending this longhorns location and all I can say is… NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could sue them for discrimination, I’d most certainly would! Again, the food was good but very cold! No steam or anything. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Disappointed is an understatement!!!"

"I sat at the bar this evening. The bartenders were on point. I ordered the shrimp appetizer, along with some fries. To go I had the Salmon 10oz, fully loaded baked potato, and the Mac&Chz. This was my first time trying the Mac & Chz and it was so scrumptious! All the food was delicious!! Definitely worth trying for yourself."

"So today I went to the Decker location and me and my wife Sat in and ate 3:50 -4:55 I ordered The longhorn with seasoned rice n a loaded potato. My wife got the. Wild West. Shrimp n seasoned wings All very well cooked and tasting delicious. My wife recommends the strawberry lemonade. I recommend the peach tea n “THE LONGHORN “ a juicy fire grilled T- Bone Cooked to perfection it’s pricey. Bt it’s 22oz of firey grilled seasoned steak And that goes for all the steaks"

"There was a 25 minute wait. The hostess was nice she asked did we want anything to drink while we wait. We finally was seated. I ordered the wings which were good and fresh with ranch dressing. I then ordered the salmon which came with a rice pilaf and macaroni and cheese. The salmon was very tasty filled with flavor the rice was good and seasoned. I wasn’t a big fan of the macaroni. It was dry and tasted ok. I also ordered a side salad which was great and filled with ranch dressing. I then ordered the strawberry shortcake for desert to go. It was really good and flavorful. That was the highlight for me. It was filled with layers and served cold. I enjoyed my visit overall. Can’t wait to go back and try a different entree."
