I wasn’t surprised at how friendly, helpful, patient and thorough Thomas was, because everyone has always been so friendly at this location!! However, he went above & beyond. He not only helped me figure out the transmission was gone in my wipers, but he made sure we ordered what I needed, put on my new wipers, checked the lines & set me on my way with a big ole smile!! Now THAT is what I call excellent customer care, not service, because he cared! I will always send folks I know to this location!!
