"The Firestone Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of my car quickly and got me back on the road in just under an hour. Highly recommend!"
"I like going to Firestone. They have all my service records and it's easy to make an appointment either on line or by phone. I choose to wait inside there waiting area just in case there done before expect time. It's a comfortable area. There prices are great."
"The scheduling is ridiculous. I don't know why they make appointments. It took 4 hours for 3 new tires and an alignment with an appointment. They then proceeded to tell me what was needed under the hood. I didn't bring it in for anything but tires. If I had wanted a diagnostic check I would have asked for one. What a waste of my time."
"Great experience. Very quick and easy, definitely recommend coming here for a quick oil change!"
"I used to love coming here to get everything done from oil changes to major repairs on all of my vehicles. However, within the last year, service has been disappointing for me due to lack of quality standards and customer service. For example, I had 4 tires replaced one week ago. I also had 4 specialty tire valve caps and didn't realize until today that they only put back 2 out of the 4 caps. I always check my car prior to leaving the shop but didn't feel the need to do so at the time. Called the store to find out if they still had the caps and of course they no longer had them. They gave an apology but I'm frustrated because this has happened multiple times and I never addressed it. I would just purchase a new set of caps from Auto zone for $2, but why do I have to keep doing that. Another time, I brought in another one of my vehicles to get a brake inspection and possible replacement but was told that they didn't hear anything. Picked up the vehicle and the brakes were still squeaking. The last vehicle I brought in was missing the break fluid cap and I was driving around without one. I was told it was already missing. Regardless of how busy or how understaffed, they should still inspect all vehicles before calling the customer for pick up. Make it a priority to return/replace all items that belong to the customer's vehicle back to their vehicle. I could list many more examples but I'm just tired of the mishaps and excuses. Going to have to take my business elsewhere, because at this point, prices are up everywhere and Firestone isn't giving me a reason to continue being loyal."
