"Avoid this establishment! I spent over 10 hours and traveled back and forth for 750 miles only to have to spend an additional $700 to correct a problem that was supposed to be covered under the company's warranty policy. To say that I am displeased with the service or lack thereof is putting it very lightly! Do yourself and anyone you are fond of and care about a favor, stay as far as you can from this establishment. If you are going to spend your hard earned money to have your vehicle repaired, the least that you should expect is honesty and follow through with warranty entitlement. I received neither! This pains me to even have to do this but if I can prevent anyone else from going through what I experienced, it is worth it."

"I never would have even thought I’d want to give a business more than 5 stars. With my 3rd visit at this location I had to get a new oil pan for my car. When I first got there all of the staff were so friendly and the environment felt so comfortable. When working on my car I was told that my car would have to sit at the shop overnight to make sure everything was looking good for the next morning. With me working early mornings unfortunately I would not be able to pick up my car without being late to work. This place made so many accommodations to make sure I got my car before I had to go to work. They even were going to make sure someone would be able to come in an hour before the shop opens to give me my keys. At the end of the night I got a phone call saying my car was ready to come and get picked up. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t plan for this to happen and couldn’t get a ride to the shop. So instead Jackie insisted to come to my house with my car to make sure I was not going to be late for work in the morning. I could believe it when this business went out of their way and was so flexible with my schedule. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to another shop again due to this experience. I would 1000% recommend this place to everyone because of how amazing this staff is!!"

"A new crew at the location I frequently go to. They were all extremely nice and the service was quick. I trusted them more than the other location I’ve been to. Great customer service and hope this crew stays!"

"Wish I would have got the name of the guy who just shook his head no when I walked up with my tire that needed to be flipped around because it was a directional facing the wrong direction. They were the ones who mounted them. He did not even let me say a word before saying my 18” tire was too small for him to do because it was a pain in the butt to do. He was a total jerk I don’t know how anybody can actually go there with this guy walking around with his hands in his pockets talking trash. Another guy operating the tire machine said he could do it so I said I would just leave it with him. About an hour later I came back and asked the same jerk if I my tire was ready and he didn’t even want to look at me. He said it wasn’t ready. At the same time another guy came out of the office and asked politely how he could help me and I told him I was there to pick up my wheel and tire which wasn’t ready. The jerk could be heard talking trash in the background that he already told me it wasn’t ready. Without making a scene I told the new guy who asked if I needed help that I am just taking my wheel and leaving because the other guy was still standing around being a complete jerk for no reason. I will never ever ever go back to jiffy lube ever again. What a horrible experience. The place in front of Publix was completely different and they were much more helpful and friendly."

"My parents made me go get my own oil for the first time and i’m pretty sure his name was Terrance, or something close. He looked and saw i didn’t actually need an oil change but he checked my tires and topped off my fluids in my car. I really appreciated his help since it was my first time!"
