"Customer service skills suck, we ordered at drive through, the guy seems to rush us on the order, therefore he was confused on the order! The second window female was very rude as well didn't say anything just handed the bag, my husband said thank you and she did not respond ! Horrible but definitely won't order a smoothie or a fries from this Wendy's ever ! This is why we prefer chicfila ! Serviced 0ct10th @4:56"
