Turns out the facility is under a different name, and is in the same building as a crematorium. You then walk into the creepiest waiting room and get talked to by someone like you are 5 years old. Good to see the VA is back to it's old tricks of getting veterans the worst care possible."

"Got a call ahead of time which I was most grateful for since I usually forget such things. Walked in and was politely greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. I told him how nervous I get when it comes to needles and blood, but he really put me at ease and even made me laugh while he was doing it. The nurse practicioner who did my examination was so polite and easy to talk to and before I knew it, we were done. Other companies could learn a thing or two from this place!"
