"I have been going to Dr. Nowatka for over 14 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them. Even when I can't see Dr. Nowatka whoever treats me is always very professional and treats me with the up most respect. Definitely will continue being a patient of theirs for however long they will have me."

"Dr. was great. Staff however is another story. They charged for a co-pay when none was due. She would not refund the money instead gave us the number for their billing and said they would refund the co-pay. Billing said no, that it has to come from the insurance company. So, now we wait. The lady we dealt with Cynthia G. was very rude. She didn't want to open the glass window to talk to us. We all had masks on. She charged the co-pay for a specialist. We saw our primary care doctor. -- Update, after this review they called my son and immediately issued him a refund. I should've updated this sooner. I thought I had."

"My husband was a patient of Dr. Beans. My husband was a diabetic and and he had coronary artery disease. His legs got infected as they had in the past two years. Dr. Bean put him on antibiotics and wanted him to go to Mary Black wound center this time. The previous two years he hadn't sent him there. On his second visit that stupid dr.,Dr. Wheeler took him off the antibiotics because he didn't want him to get immune to the antibiotics just as his legs were getting better. Two weeks later at 3: 30 in the morning on mother's day my husband woke me up shouting my name from the kitchen. When I ran in there he said help me to down to the floor and then he asked for a pillow for his head. I ran to the living room and got a pillow.I was trying to lift his head to put the pillow under it and I noticed he wasn't breathing. He died right there. And I had Spartanburg Regional to take care if him at that time. They wiped away all the charges for that. Mary Black however, the ones that are responsible for his death have been threatening to turn the account over to a collection agency. They could care less that my husband is dead or that they're responsible. They have no heart. But they will have to answer for it when they stand before God."

"I stumped my foot on bed post, I few weeks later I was still having pain in my foot so I went to dr edwards. He did xray... no break. So he immediately said that I had nerve damage and scheduled me to see a neurologist. After looking at my foot for 2 minutes. I could feel everything and move my toes up but not down. I said it feels like I James my toe out of place. He ignored me. I did not go to neurologist but instead went to chiropractor who popped my toe back in place and I was back to normal in just a week or two. Last week I feel and hurt my wrist. Needed to see Dr so I called his office and they said he can't see you. No explanation. Just he can't see you. I will not be calling his office again. Time for new doctor!! Update: I posted this review on may 16th 2018 and I just got a computer generated response that they care about patient service today, August 16th 2018. BTW my foot is fine."

"The ladies up front got a mix up in some things (it happens to the best of us) and they were so kind to apologize but Dr Matthew Edwards through a fit and said he didn't wanna see me as a patient anymore bc he thought I hadnt been mistakenly told something. And when I insisted that I did, he told me "well if you're gonna act like that I don't wanna see you in my office as a patient anymore". Fine, but as I see from these reviews you're losing patients left and right. Dr Edwards needs to be fired."
