"Okay I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews but I’m extremely disappointed in Skylyn Dental. I’ve been going to Skylyn Dental for the past 3 years and every time I would go, Melissa, my hygienist would constantly remind me that my insurance is going to end when I’m 21 and that I’d have to pay out of pocket. Which is whatever, but what gets me upset is that she constantly forgets to do a step in my cleaning service. And every time I go for a cleaning I try to give her the benefit of the doubt but at this point I can’t even trust her because there were couple of times already where she would forget to clean either the top or bottom of my teeth or forget to floss. And maybe I should’ve said something but I’m not very vocal like that. Also the way that she talks to me is very rude at times and she is very rough with the way she cleans my teeth. Today I went for my usual six month cleaning check up and with a complaint that Im have some pain in one of my teeth. And while Melissa was cleaning my teeth she made it seem like as though I was overreacting about me being concerned about my teeth. So after my cleaning, I asked Melissa if I had any cavities and she said that she can’t say because she doesn’t have a say in that and or that have that kind of level of education to say, but that the doctor has to check and tell me. So after my cleaning I was waiting for the dentist (doctor) to come and examine my teeth while Melissa was putting some notes in the computer, but he never did and Melissa never called him in. And the last time I went for a cleaning, which was 6 months ago I had the same thing happen. With all of this being said, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK to Skylyn Dental. It seems like all they care is about how much money they make and not the care of their patients."
