What let sets them apart from others is that everyone there seems to care about you as an individual and they never give up on you. I felt like I didn’t deserve their care after being afraid of being told bad news and avoiding them reaching out to me. I gave in and they welcomed me back and I got good news. The thing that is different about them is they never give up on you, no matter what the diagnosis is. That means so much.
