"This is the worst hospital experience I have ever had. Jessica the attending nurse with all the tattoos was the rudest nurse. The doctor had no care nor concern I only saw him once durning my whole 8 hours of being there and was told when leaving that he had someone more serious. I had scans done no one ever came back to discuss what was found. My pain level was at 12 and the doctor prescribed fentanyl when I should have been given some form of steroid to relieve the muscle pain. I ask the doctor to look at my other medication to make sure it wouldn’t counter act what I was being given because I see a neurologist never saw the doctor again. And when I ask about a prescription I was given 3 tablets and told if I’m anymore pain I should come back. The worst treatment and I’m disgusted and disappointed."
"The staff are professional and the service is fast and efficient. I felt comfortable and the doctor and nurses I was assigned were very caring and knowledgeable of their work. Dr Strickland she is the best I felt better just by having her presence around. Loving and gentle woman."
"Very disappointed after having spinal surgery as I thought highly of this hospital in the past. My son was born here 18 years ago and I remember having a wonderful experience then; however, this time some of the nurses did not provide the care you would think a nurse would or should especially for someone who just had major surgery. One of the nurses complained about me being in so much pain and needing pain meds to give me comfort and another nurse left me soiled, and when I mentioned to her that I may need to be changed due to, the external catheter not working she looked to see and said you’re fine, but in fact, I was not. My clothing and sheets were wet. Nurses took their time before coming into my room after crying and being in pain and did not even check on me unless pressing help button several times. Limited staff, nurses were not attentive and did the bare minimum. The only person who truly helped me and gave me comfort besides my sons was the first physical therapist that came the day after my surgery, she was wonderful."
"I am a retired Nurse from well know hospitals! I was so impressed by the night RNs that took care of me! They were on point and when above and beyond! This hospital should be very proud of their staff , reward them for not only the care they provide but for their very large hearts! This is what make a great hospital."
"Outpatient: Endoscopy. Great experience from check-in through discharge. Dr Sapp and her support team were outstanding and took great care of me. I will not hesitate to seek care here in the future. The facility is in great shape and was very clean. Everyone that I encountered had wonderful attitudes and were extremely helpful."
