"I was briefly employed at CarolinaABA and would personally never recommend anyone enroll their child there. The employees are nowhere near fully trained before being placed with clients alone. The owner is away more than she is there, leaving the untrained employees to figure things out on their own. While the employees handle situations to the best of their ability, the owner is never satisfied and constantly degrades them. She expects hours of work to be completed outside of work hours, but is unwilling to provide pay for those hours. Session notes are never up to her expectations and when an employee asks for assistance, they are either told they should know how to do it (even with the bare minimum training) or they are altogether ignored. Technicians leave at a rapid rate due to the treatment they receive, so children are constantly having to be placed with new technicians. I was hired on as a full time administrative assistant. My computer permissions were taken away for no reason, and I began solely working with clients. I began only being scheduled for 10 to 12 hours a week. I would not recommend working here or registering your child for treatment. They will not receive the proper treatment"
