"I was suffering with one of the worst headaches I've EVER had in quite a while - almost to the point of needing to go home and feeling quite nauseated. For several hours, I tried different remedies to feel better but nothing worked. Courtney offered dry needling to alleviate the pain. She used about 5 or so very tiny needles and left them in for about 15 minutes or so. I never felt the needles being set and only experienced a "heaviness" in the left temple area. The heaviness wasn't uncomfortable or painful at all - it was just a light "heaviness." After the needles were removed, my headache was completely gone. I can't believe something that small would make such an impact and help me feel much, much better. Research definitely supports dry needling. It helps to decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain - and I can certainly attest to this in my case today. I've also been seeing an Occupational Therapist for an injury I sustained to my dominant arm. She listened to all of my concerns and prescribed just the right exercises to get me back on track. She provided me with an online platform that reaches out to me periodically to assess my progress. We had to tweak some of the exercises initially, but I can say that everything went perfectly well!"

The front desk staff understands the process of how things hinges on one another, which may causes a delay on the payments made to the patient. The staff is very understanding and willing to work with the patient to still receive the help needed, while working around payment options. The physical therapist pushes the patient to better themselves and gives great advice on different avenues to be taken outside of physical therapy to expedite the healing process."
