Reviews
"They could’ve had better customer service, but it was a very straight to the point experience."
"The day after Christmas I came in to see how much these vintage coins were worth and I was first ignored by the old lady just for me to change my mind because I disliked the vibes. It sounded like I was called a racial name as I was walking away. I would not dear recommend any business to them for no reason."
"The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is b/c the younger gentleman here was extremely pleasant and courteous. Idk his name but I’m grateful for him. However, there is a red haired woman with an eyebrow piercing who was very unpleasant and dismissive. Very nasty disposition so if you have to deal with her, request someone else."
"I went in the Coin Depot today (my first time) and after being let in through the electronic door I was met by a lady who was very courteous. She answered all my questions and was patient with me as I looked at different coins. I left as a satisfied customer."
"Few minor problems, door system is slightly annoying but no big deal, showroom space is limited, and they pay bottom dollar for precious metals. I've read many reviews complaining about the customer service, and while some employees seem less friendly than others, each time I have visited they have seemed eager to help me find what I am looking for. Some of their raw coins appear to be cleaned, so I would recommend either sticking to graded coins or making sure you can spot the cleaning. Also be sure to know what you want when coming in, most of their inventory is located in the back, not readily on display. Overall, a decent place to do business as long as you can overlook some of the smaller issues with the shop."
