"The employees here used to be very pleasant to see and you would feel great about them handling your food but the staff now have lots of loose hair floating around. Using Hairnets would improve the feeling of cleanliness. We don’t feel very good about going here at this time. Management must have changed."

"Love the Culver's Deluxe and a Chocolate Oreo Concrete. And the pretzel bites with great tasting cheese sauce. A favorite for the family, we often take away our food, but pop in every now and then. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the food is hot, and the burgers delicious."

"When I walked in, the place was packed and there was a line. After a couple minutes minutes wait, they opened a second register and the lines began to move. As usual, the food was fresh and tasty and the french fries were hot! You really do need to get a double to taste any hamburger. The young staff is really very good about getting the food out to you. The price per person is hard to beat as you can eat for around $10."

"I'm being generous with the 2 stars because this is the first bad meal I've had here and the restaurant is always clean with friendly employees. Today my wife and I both had Roast Beef Value Baskets and the roast beef was so overcooked the texture was like shredded cardboard and the taste was awful with a burnt flavor. In the past it was moist and looked and tasted like homemade. We both were able to get half of them down by soaking them in barbecue sauce. I did get an I'm sorry when i mentioned it to an employee. I'll probably go back here but it won't be for roast beef."

"Place was busy (second time). Between placing order and receiving food (12 min) Burgers were cold (not warm). Fries were hot. Tables dirty. Ketchup out. First time. Place was clean and customer service was pretty good. They forgot to deliver fries to us and said we didn’t pay for them, but you can see it was on receipt. Other than that food was good and experience was good other than waiting for fries and keeping us from enjoying company together."
