"I visited this restaurant 11-23-23 about 7pm I order mozzarella sticks and curly fries cashier was very nice 2 more customers come behind me manager comes up first to greet a family member I've been waiting 5 minutes already finally she decides to bag order instead of bagging in order she bags her family member first and even the gentleman that came 2 order behind my food was over there just not bag so I asked for a refund because that not how the operation should have worked both customers behind me order burgers something that take longer to prepare"

"Fish was ok. It should have been fresher, going back to try fish again and please make sure they are changing grease. There were crumbs from the bottom of the fryer on my fish"

"Boy what a big disappointment the last time there my wife and I went there one evening came to the counter place an order for a big roast beef and a beef and cheddar meal combination we made a specific request that the roast beef on both sandwiches be sliced super thin basically shaved the register attendant said she would put the order in as requested but never said anything to anyone in the back about the special requests just put the order in as usual I paid waited for my order never once heard the sliver be used order was brought out took it to the table the meat was just off the pre sliced pile took the order back demanded a refund because it wasn't the way I ordered it the cashier was too damn lazy or something to put the order in I won't be back PS I never send food orders back especially if you can't see the kitchen or prep area because you never know what some vingeful employee may do to your order keep that in mind when they are behind a wall"

"Hello I was in this location today I was helped by a wonderful person named Michelle Clinton. I explained a issue I had with my food in Kentucky (I’m a truck driver) I provided my receipt and she corrected my order my food was freshly made and it was delicious. But this post isn’t just about the food this is about Michelle, she was polite and her customer service was by far the best I’ve ever encountered in a long time. I just would like to say again as I said to you Michelle many times today Thank you and may God bless you."

"Went into there got the fish and chips meal, the french dip meal and the doulbe beef and cheddar. Lets start out by saying the only thing I had a problem with was the fish and chips meal. The fish strips were small as hell only gave me 3 curly fries in the box. When I called the store they said there was nothing they could do about it. For what I pay for they should of done something about it. The manager does not need to be in customer service at all...Worst experience ever...I love Arbys but I will not go back to this one!! They need to get a new manager in there!!"
