"While Dr. Spann herself is helpful, her office is useless. I’ve now gone three different times to get lab work done and it hasn’t been at the lab that I go to. The first time I did this I was told it would be at the lab for me whichever lab I choose. It was not. This last time I was told the same thing and went to LabCorp and they said they don’t have access to her and they need to fax it. I called the office and spoke to someone who said they would fax it right over. After 10 minutes of waiting I called again to speak to the next receptionist who said that only the nurse can fax it over and she was with a patient and would get to it when she got to it. Being that I had to go to work, I had to leave and now I have to deal with this yet again. I’m not impressed With their office or their ability to simple tasks such as lab orders done. As a patient, I’m not interested in visiting the lab three times to get some blood work done. This is a pressing health issue and I don’t wish to spend another trip going to LabCorp and yet now I have to after I deal with the nurse yet again. Because I’m sure Lab Me and let me know my Lab order is in. This is the second gynecologist. I’ve been to in Mount Pleasant because the other ones office staff was also incompetent."

"Dr. Emily Spann is SO super friendly and has such a caring and warm demeanor. She. made me feel so comfortable from the first moment I met her. Heck, I almost wanted to hug her! Even if I forget something that I’ve asked about, she always follows up with every question and/or concern. Couldn’t and wouldn’t ask for anyone else for my care."
