Dr. Princessa D. Johnson, MD

"I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson for years! She is a great doctor. She is warm and very caring towards her patients. However, I can not say the same about her staff. They lack that same compassion for patients and it really saddens me to be mishandled in this way. I called to inquire about my lab results and her staff told me that my results were not high priority. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't rush Dr. Johnson to review them, and I have patients in front of me. She also made me aware they have been out for the holidays. I also need to mention my results were in way before the holidays came around as I had been seen early in the month of December. This was very alarming to me. I guess I will call daily until I can get my prescription. This lack of compassion shown by this nurse really left me feeling unsure whether it's worth me continuing at this office."

"Horrible experience. The doctor has no bedside manners at all. If you're a black woman she's ready to strip you of all your female parts. Hysterectomy is her solution to everything. Be careful"

"Three years later… and I’m still having to overcome the trauma I experienced from having Dr. Johnson as my OB. I was shocked to have a female physician of color disregard my care requests during delivery, and openly show disdain for me during appointments. I honestly was never going to leave a review, but I was just triggered by a cesarean photo… it reminded me of how poorly I was treated when she performed my last surgery. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone, because she wasn’t a compassionate physician."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Johnson and the staff, yes and the staff, is understanding and get straight to business. They're very professional and the atmosphere(vibe) in the facility is amazing. Honestly, this facility is better than all the ones I have even been to in my life. I had to switch facilities because my obgyn dropped me because he didn't want to take my insurance, that's a long story, but Dr. Johnson and her crew took care of me right away. They did not cut corners or beat around the bush when it came to my health, unlike all the other doctors. I have to tell others about this facility. Dr. Johnson and the crew, Y'ALL ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!"

"Worse doctors visit in a long time, did not get to see the doctor, receptionist was rude, and ill mannered after waiting an hour, I was informed by her that if I left that would be fine with her. She had no patience, spoke with no kindness or professional discretion or tact , and so I left. I am sure this is a great doctor but hiring such a person to represent you out front makes be hesitant to ever suggest that anyone use this office. I certainly would never return."
