"Dr Besson and her staff had always been very kind and professional to me. They value my time as well as my health. I've been with her for about 10 years and will remain."
"I am not happy with the young lady who I spoke to after my visit with Dr. Cindy Besson. I had a urine specimen taken while at my OB GYN appointment yesterday. I BBC was never told that I would need an antibiotic. When I arrived home a couple of hours later I received a text from Publix pharmacy advising I had an antibiotic to be picked up. 1. I don’t use Publix and 2. Was never told I needed any meds. I then called the office of Dr Besson and the young girl who answered was quite kirt. I mentioned there must have been a mix up as Dr B did not advise me I needed a prescription of any kind. The young lady told me just to forget it and never once checked to see if this was a mistake. Also the toilet was not very clean where I took my urine sample. There was also no name on the cup or a lid to place in the door where the sample was to be picked up. Just more complaint that after my examination I was never offered any type of wipe to clean myself off before dressing to go home. *The tech that took my mammogram was wonderful.* Dr Besson needs to be aware of her staff that are not giving good vibes to her patients. I still do not know if that medication was meant for me or that a mistake was made. I called today to confirm that my urine specimen was normal and got an answer saying they won’t return my call. Finally got a person and asked if she can give me the results of my specimen and she then told me it was normal and that they did make a mistake."
"I called for an appointment and I felt like I was being interrogated and my need for service questioned. In addition, I was advised that the standard procedure to diagnose my complaint would not be paid for by my insurance when I know very well this procedure has been paid for more than 1x during the course of a year (I've had issues in the past). That's when the conversation went downhill and, to be candid, I was very irritated. The person I spoke to (identified herself as Dr. Besson's assistant) was patronizing and argumentative. I have to say I've never had an experience like this with any member of a doctor's office staff."
"Dr. Besson and her staff are exceptional. From the office manager to the nurses in the back Jessica who does the traditional mammogram and the young lady that does the ABUS mammogram screening are excellent at what they do. The nurse who also evaluates you before you see the is very informative and niceDr.Besson is a wonderful and caring physician please get to know her she has taken very good care of me."
"Personally, I never had issues with Dr. Besson, but unless you’re at the geriatric age, you’re not going to get the service you’ll need at the front office. I have gone here before without any issues until I had recently switched insurance plans with the same provider. I had a temporary ID for my new insurance until the new card would come into the mail. The card even had instructions to call them to confirm that I had this insurance and they straight-up refused to call or anything. I even told the front office lady that I have an online PDF copy that I’d be willing to send to the office’s email. She told me that they didn’t have a way to send/receive emails. I’m sorry, but every MODERN doctors office has to have some sort of communication system with email. At the time, she said I could pay the cash price of $125 for me to get seen (I waited since November for this appointment and I wasn’t seen until January. I also traveled an 1 1/2 hours out since I hadn’t found a new doctor to where I moved to) and I could just call my insurance company once she sent me a proper invoice in the mail. NOW, after almost THREE weeks, I get billed an additional $78 for a gyno screening and I was told that this wouldn’t happen. I’m calling tomorrow to get this straight, but I REFUSE to go back to this prehistoric doctors office."
