"Horrible customer service !!!!!!! I called and booked an appointment 3 weeks out. They send email 3 days before to confirm, which I did confirm. They call the afternoon before my appointment and cancel my appointment because I did not get their call. Called Veronica at Aspen Dental back after I get the message of my cancelled appointment and she states there is nothing she can do except rebook my appointment. Unacceptable! I reach out for dental assistance 3 weeks in advance and cancel me with no regard for my wellbeing. This is the first time I have been treated like this by any dental or medical practice. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and no concern for your patients!!! 0 stars out of 5 !"

"I have had such an unbelievably awful experience between the NA location and here. When I first moved here at the beginning of the year, I was told the NA location (40 minutes away) was closest to me so that is where I booked. When I found out there was one in Aiken location (10 minutes away), I requested to be transferred. They said that I would have to come in person to pick up all of my X-rays and files and that they couldn’t just email them to me or the Aiken location… and that the Aiken location couldn’t just see them. Once I actually had an appointment, I showed up and they turned me away because you can’t have a sleeping baby in a car seat with you during your appointment. Rescheduled my appointment for a 7 am slot right when they opened. They had at least 5 people booked for that same time and didn’t get me back until after 7:40, at which point they made me do, AND PAY $150 FOR, duplicate X-rays because the dentist wanted his own set done. Even though they were done previously with their own business. They didn’t do a cleaning or anything useful and I spent over 2 hours there. The dentist himself was nice but they really need to get their office together because it is a mess."
