"I could not recommend this practice less. The hygienist staff is nice, but the scheduling and front desk is extremely unorganized. They blow you up with calls and texts to confirm your appointments, but you can't confirm via text or link. If you call, you rarely get an answer and I've never received a call back from a voicemail. Dr. Patel is fine if you only need a standard cleaning. When I was told I had a cavity, he seemed annoyed that I wanted to discuss the next steps, as I'd never had a cavity before. He told me what he would do, in the order that he would do it, with minimal details. He refused to do my filling without me purchasing a $479 night guard from them. When I asked for clarification, he said the he sees this everyday and he knows what will happen and that was it. He did not listen to my questions or allow me any time to disagree with his plan. The rates for their services are also super high and they have an extensive and somewhat ridiculous fee policy. Finally, their turnaround time to get files transferred is terrible. I requested my files transferred on 1/18 and still do not have them transferred to my new dentist, even though I spoke to the office manager directly and filled out the form as soon as she sent it to me. Truly not a great experience attending this practice."

"Been going here for years, never had a bad experience. Lot of care taken. Most people fear going to the dentist, I have to fight falling asleep in the chair while they work. Wonderful staff and efficient work!"
