"Good selection, friendly staff, but I personally wouldn't get anything tcg related from here unless I'm desperate and can't find it anywhere else. Most everything was well over MSRP. Even fairly common products that can be found in most other LCS's and even retail stores throughout the upstate are $3-4 over MSRP, as well as most singles being $2-3 over market price on TCGPlayer. I do understand fully that businesses have to make money, and I'm all for supporting local businesses, but it's hard to justify paying so much more when other local businesses sell the same product at retail price"

"Awesome store to buy Comics, cards, anime, and all types of different statues. The customer service was really helpful and friendly. I wish we had a tangled web in Summerville SC because I don't go to my local comic shop because the pricing at the counter which has been a problem with many collectors local comics stores but not the Tangled Web and that's why I go there every time I go to Spartanburg SC."

"I’ve been a regular since shortly after Daniel started this place. I can’t remember how long it’s been, well over a decade. It’s impressive to me that he’s been able to do this kind of business for so long, successfully. The staff has changed over the years, but Daniel has always been friendly and is a good listener if I have questions about anything. The employees are good too. I appreciate the membership deals, periodic big sales, having a subscription list, willingness to hunt things online for me, they have lots of stuff to offer. They take trades, and occasionally I’ve found some cool Transformers at good prices. Lots of anime, tabletop gaming supplies, statues, cards, a kids section, action figures, more than just comics. And plenty of those."

"This is an awesome local comic shop. They have comics, a kids area, a coffee bar, figurines, collectibles, paint and miniatures, dice, cards, board games, and knowledgeable staff. Their prices are really reasonable and they have clearance on occasion. The store smells like coffee and there are so many neat things to look at. Great location with lots of other fun and food nearby and not difficult to get in and out of."

"Pretty cool comic book store, in my opinion, because they have so many silver age back issues. It's hard to find at the modern comic book store these days. Very clean but also nostalgic feeling. Had a good conversation about the good old days of comics with one of their employees."
