"Rude employees. I bought some clothes for my daughter and brought them back cuz they didn’t fit right on her. The lady up front had to call one of the managers from the back and she told me she couldn’t take them back because I tampered with the tags. They’re not the only store that punches holes into the tags. I had to donate the clothes because my daughter couldn’t wear them. I never had a problem with any other goodwill stores with returns. This is the worst goodwill in Spartanburg."
"Good was helpful it got me where I wanted to go"
"I love shopping at this location and all the Goodwill. But I feel like most of the people in here said already price is are over priced especially most if the items are donated and was given free. I think it's not fair that the owner or a president of this company charges hight price that some item are not even worth buy in it. They need to remember its not a department store . Thrift store and Goodwill should be cheap reasonably priced. Not overpriced items. You have to be smart what you buying from them to not over pay . Or you can go to some store buy new items for cheaper. Oh and some are employed are kind of rude to customers. But not all."
"This place is a mess. Unless you need to buy clothes or shoes, I would not recommend this one to anybody. The outside is littered with trash like you would not believe. They have too many employees for someone not to go clean up the trash outside. The bric a brac section is laughable. They have piles of trash upon piles of trash and every unbroken item you see is priced sky high. By far one of the worst GoodWill stores I have ever been to & I have been to a bunch. They also said they closed at 9 but 10 minutes till a women got on the intercom to say they close in 3 minutes. Maybe her clock was wrong."
"The prices at goodwill have gotten completely out of hand. People who need to shop at Goodwill because of financial problems can no longer afford it. For example I saw a door/bathroom rug for sale. The price was 8$. I went to Wal-Mart and found the same rug for half price."
