"I highly recommend! I’ve been meaning to post this a while ago. I bought a Kenmore washer/dryer set with delivery for $488 back in 2020 and it’s now 2024 and both are working well. I had a slight issue with a valve last year and they sent a technician, Carl, to resolve it. Their team from sales (Michael/owner & Ross) to delivery and installing parts (Randy, David, & Michael) were all courteous and professional. Thanks Coastal Appliances LLC!"

"Do not recommend. Traveled 2 hrs to get washer and dryer set. They advertised on Facebook to have lots of nice sets. To buy and finance. There wad only one man in the store. I told him what I was looking for. He informed me they only had 2 sets for sale lol. An old may tag and an old armana set. I specifically asked one question. Which of these two are the quietest?)) He said the armana. So I settled. He told me the cord I had was what I needed after describing it to him. I then informed the guy I wanted to finance. He then told me he didn't know how to do all that lol. So I paid cash. When finally getting back home. I opened the washer to find the hoses He said he was getting for weren't inside and the cord for dryer was wrong. So I went to Walmart and spent 50 more dollars on that. After finally getting it hooked up. I started it up. I was relieved to see the water come out and then heard it start agitating. But was making a weird noise. Then the spin cycle started and let me tell you. 2 or 3 different spin cycles and each sounded like a 747 starting up. So I called the store the next day to let him know. I asked about an exchange. But instead. I have to make another 2 hr trip to drop off machines for him to repair. Which means another ride home. The. Turn around at some point and mak see the 4 hrs of driving all over again. Shifty experience and wouldn't recommend at all"
