"You can not fix a piece of cut on leather. Everything is fine，expect they hurt a piece leather of my shoes near toes. The cut of toe gap is rough. It seems like they apply cut after the protector were attached on my shoes instead of doing a cut based on an accurate shape on transfer paper before hand, I would believe its by accident since this shoes has a unusual toe shape. The woman works here are nice and I get exactly what I want—protectors of my Masion Margiela tabi shoes. They work very fast，I get them the same day, protector material is strong and durable which I love about. I will go back to here in the future if they can be more wisely and careful in the process of repairing"

"This week I brought in my old leather toiletry bag to have the zipper replaced. Unfortunately the work that was done on the bag was shoddy- used cheap thread, didn't used the holes already in the leather, and then did not stitch straight. And this was after having come to pick it up and pointing out that the stitching was not finished - approximately an inch of the zipper was not attached to the leather. (When I pointed this out I had to convince the woman that it was wrong - I'd rather not have to be the sole advocate for my item). I'm giving two stars because they essentially fixed the problem and quickly. I want them to restore not just fix. I'm willing to pay more and wait longer if they will treat the item as if it's theirs and join me in caring about restoring the item to it's original glory. I won't be returning to this place for work of this nature as I expect better customer service, attention to detail, quality materials and clean execution."
