"I've shopped here many times, and at Charleston ecigs around town, but my last experience has lead me to move my business elsewhere. My brother and I came by to get some juice and they refused sale to him because he had a paper ID. A current, legal, unexpired ID. Really made me feel like they were discriminating against my brother, who is autistic. All the employees said was "that's what our boss told us to do." well here's a message to the "boss" why dont you look up how much I spend at your location so you know exactly how much business you're losing. Roughly 150 a month. Chump change I know for a company, but as a retail worker that's a fortune. No skin off my back though, you have a limited selection anyways"

"Tyler Droze is the best employee there at the folly road location on James island! She is very personable as she remembers returning customers names and is very knowledgeable about the Vape industry. She is always honest with information while purchasing a product I trust her opinion and I never feel as if she is trying to over sell me products. I look forward to see her working when I stop in as she always greets customers with a smile! I only like to speak with her when I have questions or issues with my vape. Best employee don’t ever loose her!!!!"

"I am new to vaping and trying to quit smoking cigarettes. This store has done nothing but confuse me and leave me with juice that I can not use. I came in to this place 3 times over the last 2 days. Every time, I was told something different from a different employee. I did not want to buy a juice that contained diacetyl. I was told that they didn't sell anything with that so I purchased 2 bottles of a flavor I really liked. Come to find out that it does contain diacetyl and it actually says it on the back of the bottle in small print. When I went to speak with the store the woman was rude to me, tried to tell me we had a conversation that we didn't and argued with me about what she claims are or aren't in her juices. It was very sketchy. I was very upset. I had not even broken the seal of one of the bottles and she would not take it back or give me a refund or exchange, saying some bs about "food and bev." She gave me a bottle of her "house mixed" flavor and I don't even trust what is in that. I feel completely ripped off and frustrated and taken advantage of. In addition, I could not believe the aggression towards me when I came in with a problem with what they had sold me. I can't even begin to list the other problems in detail... they sold me an adapter that I didn't need."
