"I bought a pen and charger for a delta 8 cart. I have come here twice about it being faulty product as it has failed to charge and now I have been waiting since 9am to replace the bad product sold. I spoke to a employee and she refuses to look at it and possibly could just be the usb plug . I'm here at 3 and no one is here to resolve this .
