"Management member Susan was so lovely to me earlier when I had a 10 minute long ordeal with my Carolina cash. She was very patient and kind and demonstrated excellent customer service. God bless you Susan!!"
"As a veteran of the restaurant/retail industry, I learned that people are 10 times more likely to call and complain (back in the day when there was no internet) and/or complain via the Internet if they have a negative experience as opposed calling/internet rating with kudos and accolades if they have a positive experience. I'm going to go against the protocol here. I've been dealing with "inept fecklessians" (yes I created a word; I made feckless into a noun form) several times over the phone today regarding an Amazon purchase. The last fecklessian I spoke with was about a half hour ago at 8:30 pm with a UPS representative. I have a package to return to Amazon, and in order to return it the UPS worker at the store would be scanning a QR code and packaging the item. I looked for UPS stores online that were open late, and 900 Assembly Street showed that they are open until 10:00 pm, while stating that this location is an "access point location" as opposed to a regular UPS store. I specifically told the UPS rep over the phone that I would be needing the worker at this location to scan the item and package it. She said that was no problem after putting me on hold. I double checked and asked her again and she said yes. I currently have a hard time getting around in reference to a back injury, so I called the CVS store in order to corroborate. The person who answered was very courteous and pleasant to deal with and, instead of waffling around like the fecklessians did earlier, she was extremely clear and to the point stating that the store is only a pickup and drop off location, and nothing else can be done. I told her thank you for saving me a trip there, and explained what the UPS rep said, and she laughed and said "that's why we keep getting all these people in here trying to get stuff done with their packages". After we got off the phone, I was thinking about the nice young lady saving me a trip, and decided to call her back and ask for her name while telling her that I was going to give her a nice five star review. We chatted for a moment, and I could feel the appreciation coming to the phone. Her name is Taylor. Thank you Taylor for not being a "fecklessian"! You're great! (Bosses, she is a keeper) Kip P.S. For those of you reading this, think about doing this for somebody like Taylor who made your day a bit better. It will make them feel good, and it will make you feel good."
"Girls at register were great and friendly. Explained issues in past in locating card at other store and they had no problems finding it. A+"
"I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. I have never once been able to call in without waiting 45 minutes. They've had a scrip of my son's for 10 days, and it keeps saying "processing" in the app. Absolutely unacceptable to take 10 days to fill a scrip. And I can't even call to ask about it! To require customers to drive to the store to sort any issues out or simply ask a question is BEYOND ridiculous. We are moving all of our prescriptions somewhere else."
"Clearly, corporate has cut the pharmacy staff so much that they can't even answer the phone. Called to find out if they are offering Covid shots. 30 minutes later, still on hold. Drove to the store while still on hold for 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes on hold. This is an unacceptable way to do business. Amazing that they are so short staffed. I miss the local, smaller pharmacies that operated professionally."
