"It almost pains me to write this but honesty is the best policy! I went here only twice, the first time was very pleasant because I had a younger gentleman that help me (dark hair mid-thirties) and I was very pleased. The second time that I visited there were two workers (the dark-haired man from the last time) and an older man who was bald and wearing glasses. The deal for the vapes were buy three get one for $10. I did the deal, spent around $115, and was pleased to have my 4th vape for $10. However, when I went home I had a defective vape that would not draw even when fully charged. I was confident that I could return the product because the men seemed nice and understanding... but how wrong was I. I went 3 nights later to return the vape and the older man with glasses "helped" me. I told him what happened and he told me the policy is to try the vape before leaving the store (which no one EVER told me or I would have done). It gets better... Then he held mine that was straight out of the box broken in one hand while getting a similar new vape off the shelf and claiming I used everything because it "feels empty" and "sounds empty". Me being kind, I offered to buy a vape that works at the $10 price like my deal originally included but he refused. After explaining I would come back when the other gentleman was in to see if there is anything he could do to help (most likely store owner) he shouted "You make me crazy" and let me try the new vape to see if it worked and try to rush me out the store. I thanked him for doing the right thing and even offered to shake his hand. I have NEVER been treated so unkindly before especially because I'm a person who can defuse a negative situation quickly but this honestly made me sooo uncomfortable. If the younger gentleman is reading this, please go back and watch the security cam footage January 11,2023 around 7pm. This store is all about your money even if it means screwing you over for more than it's worth. I will not be coming back and will tell others to stay away when possible."

"One star gives this place way too much credit. Everything in this soon to open store is overpriced and of low quality. I cleaned this business for four hours to help make it customer friendly and one of the people who manage the business took it upon themselves to go into my wallet and take well over $200 from me. Why go to a store if you cannot trust the managers? You are likely to be given faulty products at overinflated prices and they probably won't give you the correct change."
