"Got the chicken over rice which was pretty good. They don’t have any to-go packets/cups of white sauce or hot sauce which was a bit of a bummer. But overall pretty good, $15 per plate of chicken over rice a bit pricey but maybe it’s because of the location and night life. Definitely the halal experience and taste but if you’ve tried the original Halal guys out in ATL/NYC. I’ll just say they have us a bit spoiled but if this is your closest location it’ll do until."

"This place is a rip off, they are doing predatory pricing and targeting customers who a clearly drunk. They charged the guy in front of me $40 for one order of chicken over rice. Hygiene is questionable. I'd recommend to walk a bit further and get a slice of pizza at a reasonable price without worries about food poisoning"

"First of all this is not an official Halal guys brand that started in NY. It’s a tiny hitch trailer that is opposite facing of King St. The one cook in there was so sweaty I hope none of his sweat dripped into the food he was making. There was no menu displayed so I didn’t know what was available and how how much items are. When I tried to order with the cook he shouted and pointed at a parked car right next to the stall, where another man waiting in the car took my order and payment. I ended up ordering the chicken over rice and it wasn’t until after he scanned my credit card i found out it cost $27.99 for both orders. The food was definitely way over priced! My wife and I enjoyed the chicken and rice but it’s not as good as the original halal guys and definitely not worth the inflated price. They don’t have any white sauce or hot sauce packets, but they do smother your dish with the white sauce. If it wasn’t so sketchy and a menu with prices was displayed then maybe I would come back."
