"Nice selection of plants for outdoor landscaping or potted indoors. Although workers were busy with a shipment that came in while my mother and I were shopping, we were still offered help and all questions were answered. They even offered to let me shop the new selection before the plants were put out. My mother commented how well priced the 6-pack vegetable and herb plants were and plans to visit again!"
"Bittom line: good company and replaced the bad original grass, but they are awful in communication and good luck finding them to talk to a real responsible person. The pics are from the new grass still trying to understand why it is uneven and partly dead while we do everything they originally said. Jillian was wonderful on the phone and helped, but it is hard to find her. I would suggest you all to try talk to her, because she was nice,polite and helpful. The rest, probably are problem of the company and not her. Explanation- Here is the story: a year ago we built a house with my wife. This was our grass company. The grass was ugly, full of uneven blocks and half dead. The manager for our community got fired, the new one sucks too, yet we went with my wife to sunshine ourselves, bypassed all the people and had the luck to talk with Jillian. Holidays were coming yet Jillian sent people and replaced the grass. I was sooo grateful to her for how fast she changed our ugly grass. Why they lost 2 stars then? Because of luck of communication before Jillian and after her. Because since I didn't know anything about grass, I had questions like: do i fartelize it and when? Is my warranty for another year is still active so i can see if the new grass will be good or not? Etc... Well since November i was calling, leaving my info to a lady that supposely would give them to Jillian, emailing and I got no response until now (may) and the phone call came from another lady /owner of the company wanting me to change the review since i was satisfied ( i gave one star to begin with). Meanwhile i got an email from Jillian finally, and not only they didn't talk to me about my questions but they only sent a word document how to treat my grass. From November trying to reach to someone and they respond with an email and a word document...Well I COULD GOOGLE THIS. They care for me to have good grass or to just give a better review and more stars? Also i saw a comment from them just now that i am not a customer...OH I AM. CHECK UNDER SALT CREEK LANDING community."
