It is my favorite purse and I have had many compliments, in fact I just ordered three online as gifts. They didn't have one of the colors I ordered and mailed a similar color with leather "gift card" holders, along with a sweet hand written note apologizing. I am excited to give them as gifts with the purses. If you are ever at the Charleston Market go visit their shop, many items are not online. 5+ stars"

"I placed an order online on 12/12 at 12:10am. I was informed a few hours later my dad would not use the style I ordered. At 10:11am, I replied to the confirmation email (as instructed to do so by the company) that I needed to cancel the order and requested a refund of my item. I received no response. On 12/13 at 2:51pm, I received an email that my product had shipped. I replied at 2:53pm advising this order was suppose to be cancelled and again requested a refund. Still no response. I’ll be damned if I have to pay shipping to send it back plus a restocking fee. This was terrible business and I could not be more disappointed."

"I bought a black, leather, cross-chest man-purse from Charleston Leathergoods in 2005 or 2006 @ the Market. It's still going strong! Only had to replace one zipper reinforcement fabric once (not the zipper - it was fine). It's my "daily driver" - I LOVE it! It's starting to look its age, so am hoping that I can send them a pic of the bag, & maybe they can help me out in getting another one just like it. Didn't see the same bag on their website, & live in IL now, so fingers-crossed!"
