"I am never one to post a negative review. My husband sent a sweet gesture to me at my job and the driver lied and said he went to the security gate and they turned him away. The driver never got out of his van and when I walked to the edge of the stairs, he was still sitting in the van as if I needed to walk to him to receive my gift. I stood there and waited for him to hand my gift to me. After 6 minutes, he finally decided to walk up the stairs to hand me my gift. Before I could say one word, he shoved it in my hand and walked off flipping me off. The security guard was even livid at his behavior. As long as he is the driver, I will never refer anyone to purchase from this location. He completely ruined a nice gesture from my husband. I appreciate the girl at the store trying to alleviate the situation. The arrangement was pretty and the fruit is very fresh. Too bad I can’t give 5 stars because of your driver’s TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. Get rid of him!"

"Very disappointed ! Received an edible bouquet for my birthday last year and it was wonderful received one this year it was terrible . All the fruit was hard and not much taste. I didn't have the heart to tell my daughter since she lives out of state."

"My daughter-in-law ordered an arrangement, mini cheesecake and balloon from this location for my birthday today. Only the arrangement was delivered. The bananas were old and brown and the pineapple was made with the core, so you couldn’t even bite into it. I took the arrangement back to the store and encountered the rudest cashier that I’ve ever felt with in my life. There was no apology for all the errors, she refused to give me the managers contact information, and as I was video chatting on MY PHONE at the time with the person who placed the order, she started yelling at me because I stated (to the person on the phone) that the customer service was horrible!!! Which started an argument, because I was not having that!!! I will definitely be reaching out to complain to the owner and the Corporate Franchise Office."
