"Completely unreliable. Two years in a row now I've ordered flowers on their website only to be told that they are unavailable. Last year they substituted. This year they said they'd substitute, but then I found a mass email from them in my spam saying they couldn't deliver because of an injury. Is their entire business reliant on one person? Now I have to scramble in hope of finding another florist who can deliver this close to Christmas. Disappointing."
