"I would give your gas station zero stars if I could. I have your card on my Google pay app. TAP TO PAY. It is accepted EVERYWHERE in the USA. I literally ran OUT OF GAS in YOUR PARKING LOT because your attendant refused to accept my Sams Plus card that I PAY FOR. Literally told me to walk inside the sams store to get a gift card and she could use the "master key " to unlock the pump if i used a gift card. Excuse me??? You see my card on my google pay app. UNLOCK THE PUMP! I tried to make it to the next gas station on Augusta Rd because of this and ran out of gas at the red-light leading out of your parking lot. That is unacceptable! While I appreciate a reply, telling me to "have a great day" after having spent two hours waiting for my husband to bring me a gas can in your parking lot certainly ruined my day. We will be in later to cancel our Plus membership. The customer isnt always right, but an empty apology means nothing."

"Buy large quantities at a lower price. They usually have what we need. Prices everywhere are outrageous. I think the best days of pricing are over. Maybe we'll survive."

"I had a fantastic experience at Sam’s Club today. I needed some help from customer service on some pricing information and the lady in customer service was so friendly and so very willing to help me and answer all of my questions. When I got up to the self checkout line a young man came over to make sure that I was OK and asked if I needed any help. It was a 5 star experience today and I recommend Sam’s Club to everyone."

"I used to not really be a fan of the Sam’s Clubs because I used they didn’t really have anything appealing to me in the past but I took a chance again last week and I am very pleased with the prices and goods they have here! "We were on the hunt for a specific Christmas decoration over in Augusta. They were out but Aiken showed possibly in stock. I called and was told there was one, but they couldn’t hold it as store policy. Since it was only 15-20 min from time I called until I arrived, seemed like no big deal. However, once I arrived, someone had grabbed the one I drove over to get. There were several in a different color, but not the one we wanted. After some diligent searching, they actually found one and I was able to get it after all. Many thanks to Nancy, Roxeanne and Katie for not giving up and making arrangements for me to get our item. Any other store would have just said no, we don’t have it, or if it’s not on shelf, we are out. I had checked online and said not available at any store, and out of stock online. Again, thanks to those ladies for not just doing their job, but going above todays normal! Merry Christmas!"
