"DONT RENT FROM HERE!!!!Let’s Start Off With The Leasing Agent, Iyeshia Ates . She Is Rude and unprofessional. And When Ask For An Email To Contact Her Supervisor , She Refuses NOW Unit: I didn’t have hot water for a good two months. I also have gas leak and mold. And They Don’t Have A Maintenance Man . So YouWont Get Anything Fixed ..And The Only Reason I’m Giving A Star Is Because Google Won’t Let Me Post This Statement Without It .."

"Do not move in this property, total waste of time, money and has no service etiquette. At the time of move in , they had $600 move in special which I never got it. During the stay , could never get in contact with the front desk. No one shows up when you request for service. At the time of the lease signing, told there will be deposit according to credit check and it will be refunded. Instead they took the money for risk fees which is non refundable. This company is a total rip off. During the stay , they even owed the property taxes to the government. Just imagine, what is the service quality of this property . If you email, no one’s reply. I completely ignored the reviews and took the chance at the time of moving, but regretting it now. So, stay away."

"I moved to magnolia square over a year ago, I have had leaks from my ceiling that have not been fixed and it took them a year to fix my water valves. My ac does not work and maintenance messed up my electricity. Please do not move here as they will be knocking these places down due to code enforcement having to come out here on more than 10 occasions. Please do not waste your money on this place, as the staff is incompetent."

"Please do yourself a favor. Find somewhere else to live. We have been here less than 5 months and had to pay for our own Electrical repair over three times. Communication between the Office and Tenants is minimal. It took us three months to get a working number for the manager due to the fact no emails were being replied too and their presence in the office was minimal at best 12/06/22 our complex started to spew raw sewage in the yard and homes of the Tenents. Destiny (the current manager) did not move us out and took over three days to get get a plumber out which resulted in raw sewage being consistently poured into the yard. The Maintenance staff tries so hard to help everyone but are.underfunded and understaffed to deal with the growing issues of this place. Currently our apartment is condemned , we were never prorated for time lost Send them a message and move somewhere else."

"I moved in sep I had no blinds for my slide back door, cabinets missing handles, cabinets don’t close all the way, tile on floor shifting, Bathroom barley decent I moved in and had to clean my own bathroom and plenty of other stuff smh I do not recommend no one to stay here only because of maintenance I been here since September and nothing still haven’t been done in my apartment and it’s December now. I see they fixing there other apartments but haven’t come and correct the issues in my apartment and I pay rent here. It was suppose to be done before I moved in but still nothing. Maintenance took pictures and still nothing. If anyone knows there corporate number please let me know I would appreciate it ! Cause at this point enough is enough I already gave them 3 chances and shouldn’t of gave them that. I’m not paying rent for nothing. I’m definitely not renewing my lease …."
