Ponderosa Apartments

"This is my second time trying to apply to this property . The property manger is extremely rude. This first time she thought i was a student at Savannah state and she blocked my car in so i couldn’t leave . She walked up to my car window and accused me of trespassing. Second time , she cracked the door open and didn’t even let me in . She stuck her head out the door and told me they had no availability. Didn’t ask if i wanted an application, didn’t ask when i was trying to move , or anything . Just closed the door . She is terrible."

"I filled out a application for these apartments. I was going to turn it in until I realize how rude the property manager was. She is really nasty and that is if no one is better than her. I understand that we all have fallen on hard time but you don't have to treat us like we're nothing just because we need help at this time. her attitude alone is what turned me away from this place. Someone really needs to teach her so customer service."
