"If I could make it 0 stars I would. Everyone at the SouthCoast offices are rude and don't care about any emergencies or problems you could be having with their properties. They give you the run around on important things and say they will call you back but never do. At one point the unit I was renting didn't have any hot water or water pressure and it took them 10 days to fix. I would call daily and they would try to blame the landlord or any other 3rd party. After it was fixed there were holes in my walls for months that my cats would try to climb into. They also tried to charge me full months rent for that month until I brought it up to them. No one seems to be on the same page regarding leases and important information about these units. I had to start keeping track of my calls and who I was speaking to, to try and make sure they didn't back track or contradict themselves. Also, at move out they tried to charge us for damages to the property that were there when moving in. They are just shady and aren't afraid to pull some stuff to get more money out of you. Rent with a different company, it'll save you a lot of money and time in the long run."

"The Worst Rental Company I have ever dealt with. For starters the rent is 3 times more and there are so many hidden fees like someone is stealing money. We have been telling them about the tree in the yard for months now this past weekend a bad storm came thru and more of our vehicles have been damaged. They only come to fix repairs needed on there time. There very similar to slum lords. My family and I are very displeased. Because of all the inconveniences they have caused us. I would not suggest anyone to rent went south coast properties"
