Savannah Summit

"Latasha Luke: Hanging up on residents after threatening to put them out over information she was already given. Latasha Luke: Getting hostile towards older residents because they bring up not liking her talking down to them. She really hates the older black females that stand up to her. Latasha Luke: Getting upset when you stop speaking to her in passing after she does something extremely rude towards you. Yes, she actually will bring it up about not speaking to her, like she didn't offend you as though she's 14. Latasha Luke: Cursing at residents. She seems to reserve this for the males only. Latasha Luke: Rejecting residents when they tried to pay rent today, only later to put up sign that rent will now only be taken between 9:30-12:30. After that time had passed. Having these people in fear of late charges since this first is a Friday. Didn't even use the intercom system to let these older individuals know. Savannah Summit has greatly approved since the new takeover. Yet her and her second in command (Courtney) make almost every interaction with these people a gross display of megalomania. Courtney isn't much better. To me and my relatives face she told us to report maintenance issues to them. When we did, "nothing" was done. Then we discovered the Columbia Residential website and to file a maintenance complaint there. MAINTENANCE WAS HERE WITHIN 24 HOURS. So beware of Courtney as well, she moves under Luke but has a hatefulness of older people here herself. They enjoy asking for info your relative here has given them, claiming an audit or new computers. Also they've still not given a few residents here their lease agreement for 2023.....in December. Try to leave a paper trail and try to record every interaction with your phone recorder on. If you must come to stay here. Aside from that the other workers here are respectful and lovely. The residents much tamer than they use to be and having activities does wonders for them. The rents affordable and access to help plentiful with the other office workers. EDIT: Today is 01/23/2024, 9:01 at night. The ambulance left not too long ago, and I sincerely hope no one needed to go to the hospital. Apparently they can't bring up a stretcher because it can't fit on the smaller elevator. But get this, it's been broken down since this afternoon when management was here. This is detrimental to the health of the renters here. They break down often after renovations, oddly they were fine prior to them."

"My grandmother has lived here for awhile now and things seem to be getting worse . Between crime & younger people moving in despite it being for seniors my grandmother no longer feels safe and that bothers me because she's elderly and especially after the remodel you'd think things would've gotten better."

"This place is horrible! The ceilings are caving in. The air conditioning don't work consistently. The elevator is constantly broken and no one from management is ever there and maintenance works are nul and void"
