"The laundry room is horrible and just keeps getting worse day by day. You are probably better off going down to Spin City Laundromat to clean your clothes than actually using the laundry room on site Update- They finally got the company around to fixing the washers and dryers, so now it's not a fight over the machines. Hopefully this will stay the same and they get the fixed when they are broke instead of waiting for almost all of them to go down."
"Honestly , If I can give no stars I would. I have lived here back in 2019-2021 at the time it was called "Moss pointe" and it was a great experience. My sister and I were roommates at the time. It was the perfect location, midtown town Savannah. We loved it. We moved out because, she went on to get married and I moved back home with my parents. This past year, I've decided to step out and get my own place. I chose The lory of Savannah because it was reasonable , in the price range I can afford and also I have lived here before and even though the name changed I figured it shouldn't change that much. ohh boy was I wrong. THIS PLACE IS NOT THE SAME. From the beginning, I should've paid attention to the red flags. It was like during the entire process, I had to keep calling and following up with them when they were suppose to be calling me. I was clueless about when my move in date was. They had my information confused with someone else at one point. It was a nightmare , but I continued because I really wanted to move. I have been here since October and it has been a nightmare. From move in a lot of things were not done from the previous tenant. So the first couple of weeks, they were fixing a apartment that should've been done before I moved in . My bath tub was disguising( it was cracking and chipped), the drain of the tub was rusted badly and needed to be replaced, the refrigerator had cracks in the draws and the shelves where split so nothing will hold up and a crack in the ceiling over the tub. This complex has a problem with homeless people trying to get into apartments that are vacant because of the cold weather. luckily I have a ring camera that will notify me if any motion. That incident happened to me while I was away to the store. Now just recently, I had someone steal my ring camera off my door at 5am in the morning. I had the video recorded but the person cover the camera with their hand so I wouldn't see them. I reported both incidences to the police of course and also to the front office and you know that management showed no empathy towards me. This is scary. I am a female who lives alone and these things are happening. I know they cant guarantee safety because we all are subject to it but the manger showed me she did not care and didn't offer any options for me. Oh yea , I asked for a transfer to another part of the complex because at this point I feel someone may be watching me. She goes on the say " oh I will have to speak with my regional manger and 9 time out of 10 she is going to say no". I was confused because what? I fear for my life and you are not helping me in anyway. So, I have to take matters in my own hands. I was able to request additional patrol in my area from Savannah PD and also I have protection. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease in August and will be my last time living here. If I am presented the opportunity to terminated my lease early, I will. This is how bad it is. The rent for this place is not worth it. Stay completely away from here."
"DO NOT move in here. They have given me and other people multiple reason on why not to waste your money here. My first ,last and Only time I will stay there , they have a horrible roach pest issue and even on moment you would see a rat , they have black mold and will not answer your maintenance request and if so they will say it was completed but was never actually physically done. By end year you could have half you appliance not work but still require full rent , and they have a Horrible PIPE LINE WATER issue your water bill "could" be hit it very hard. Take the warning."
"The only positive experience I had with staff here was moving out. On move in day, they accused me of being a day late (they later admitted they were wrong). The following year, I would wake up to a parking lot covered in trash, rude employees, and a roach infested apartment. Avoid this place. Also, their garbage service (Valet Living) is, well, trash."
"Moved out of Hunter Army Airfield to Moss Pointe and it was the best thing ever. Saved more money and the experience was overall pleasant. The staff was so friendly & attentive. The apartment itself was cozy and a great size for my husband & I. Definitely enjoyed Savannah more once I moved in there"
