"After downsizing from a home and touring many complexes, this one just stood out when I toured it. From meeting the knowledgeable Manager Teresa, to the actual leasing, it was a very pleasant and smooth transition. The Leasing agent was also very helpful in setting up my accounts and move in. UPS mail and packages are all secure inside a designated locked area within the building. Although there has been some crime/break ins for the area(unfortunately it's everywhere), I have seen increased Police presence in this area, night and day! There are cameras in place as well. Maintenance is very friendly and the grounds are kept clean. I'm very satisfied with my choice and location is centralized for easy access to shopping and I26."
"The apartment itself is nice but I've had my car broken into YET AGAIN you'd think after this happening MULTIPLE TIMES (look through the reviews there are other complaints about this) they'd think to install cameras they didn't even take their time to reach out to the residents that had this happen to them. Another thing is parking is big issue you have to be home before 2-3pm to even find a spot. To my knowledge everyone is entitled to 2 parking spaces in any rental residence you may live, there isn't even enough parking spaces on the complex forr that to be possible. The trash service is awful they're supposed to come Sunday -Thursday but they pick and choose when they come . Or skip certain buildings at a time which is absurd given the fact we're paying for this service. Honestly speaking I've seen people come and go as soon as their lease is up or even before that. Your lucky if you can get an a/c filter change around here."
"The leasing team was dishonest about a lot of things, they are behind on paperwork for rent/ magistrate office, I wanted to pay my rent and she would not accept it because she said she didn't want to, I felt very racially profiled while speaking to Teresa Clarkson(the community manager), because she stated I've had multiple noise complaints but I've never been notified and she assumed it was my apartment, she blamed me also for the parked cars that were in the wrong area for this "party" she stated I had when during that time I was out of town. Very dishonest behavior."
"Ive lived here since 2020... Its not a bad place. The units are pretty nice, a tad small but not bad. Cons: They have a terribly smelly property (mold/fungus from the mulch), that aggravates my sinuses... AT&T is the only provider for internet (exclusive agreement according to AT&T), but their speed/connection is terrible. Truly the worst I've ever seen. I haven't really been able to pay games without lag since 2021. Tried to upgrade service but the fastest they can put in is 1000. Anyway, they take dogs and the maintenance guys are really nice. Office folks seem to cycle in and out and they've kind of left me hanging with inquiries for a while. Floors and walls are crazy thin. You can hear everything above and around you. Trash valet service never comes to pick up when scheduled. Kind of a waste of $25 or so dollars, but not much to do there. The trash is also always piled up and it smells pretty awful over there. There's also fungus growing in a lot of the grass patches which is truly horrible to walk through. But, water pressure is good, heater is okay, and the patio is pretty nice. I do wonder if they clean the vents ever because they've never done so and the dust collection gets bad. Have to clean mold that forms in bathroom vent outlet often. Humidity being what it is though, its not too surprising."
"Would absolutely not recommend living here. I had my car broken into twice and my windshield busted in on another occasion. The apartment itself is nice but not worth the issues. On top of that, the office employees do not care about you at all. They are rarely in the office during hours. They never answer phones or emails. I was an extremely low maintenance renter and followed the rules. I had an early move out on October 4th so I could be closer to work. The woman in the leasing office is saying I turned my keys in on the 12th (which is absolutely not true), so they can charge me more. They also tell you that you owe two months rent if you move out early but when I initially moved in, I was only told one. Nowhere on the lease I signed does it say two months rent would be owed. Currently living at The Watch in Mount Pleasant and the women in that office respond within minutes to an email."
