"Worst apartment complex ever. They never answer the phone, I got locked out of my apartment the office lady said she would put in a work order she never did instead she went to lunch and me and my 2 year was left out in the heat for over 1 hr. I had to ride around and find the maintenance man myself and he said no one told him anything about it. I’ve put in multiple work orders and never had anything fixed. Luckily my lease is over this month. They are charging 1400 for rent and these apartment are not even worth half of that and their staff is lazy! I would advise anyone look to rent to look elsewhere!!!"

"Love the apartment complex and also love the management team and the maintenece team!! Mrs.Pace is incredibly sweet, welcoming and very helpful! Anytime we had a question or needed a service she had the answer. Signing the lease was a breeze along with applying. The maintance staff, especially Mr. Alonza are great! If a call was made, we would get Alonza here the same day or next fixing the issue. The apartment complex is clean and we've had no issues. Everyone is super polite! We would highly recommend them!"

"I had a really bad experience when I lived here. First of all, the property is full of trash and there’s often lots of glass in the street. Our apartment building always smelled like cigarettes, management never enforced no-smoking rules. The main reason I’m giving this apartment complex one star is because of my experience with management, in particular, with Jody Pierce. One of the maintenance men who lived in the complex and was our neighbor made my roommates and I (three young women) feel very unsafe and when we brought his inappropriate behavior to the attention of management, they told us it was our fault for being nice to him and that if we didn’t want that type of attention, we shouldn’t have been friendly to him. I am appalled by the way management handled this situation and I would never feel safe living here again."

"These apartments used to be amazing with the last owner, she use to take care of the lawn, maintenance, and services provided. Now that it's owned by another person they are destroying the place each and every week. Lack of maintenance, lack of answering when calling, and lack of communicating to fellow residences. The owners of Timberlands now own Archerway and they have a 2.0 on google, so that speaks a lot. Appearance and communication go a long way when it comes to keeping residents."
