"It has been 3 months since I originally wrote this review and my ceiling still looks like this. I will say that when my dryer and air conditioner broke down they fixed/replaced it immediately. However I still have paint chips falling from my ceiling since the day I moved in over 6 months ago. I see them recruiting new tenants while ignoring those already here. I have been here since March 2023. The gym is never ever open. It stays locked. The pool is extremely dirty and green. (They finally cleaned the pool for open house) Maintenance is the absolute worst. My kitchen ceiling has paint chips falling. The people in the office pretend they care when you speak to them but they do absolutely NOTHING about the issues. My AC has been leaking for 1 months and nobody is doing anything. The floor near the AC is soft from the leaking. A mess. Do not move here."

"On Monday Nov. 6, 2023, I call the Landlord Mrs. Terri Griffin to ask questions about an open house that their property has coming up on Friday Nov. 10th. As I was speaking with her and asking questions about the open house Terri Griffin hung the phone up in my face which is very unprofessional and rude. However she email me twice inquiring house was my search goi g for an apartment. I responded back saying that I have not being having any luck and she invited me to the upcoming Open House that will take place on Friday Nov. 10th. After a bad experience like this i definitely will not do business with this property at all because the Landlord has no consideration for new or future tenants. This is totally unacceptable and Mrs. Terri Griffin is representing this business in horrible way. I will be reporting this issue to corporate because in this great city of Savannah , this is a horrible way of handling business and someone her statue should not be working there or representing this company. She is very ghetto and unprofessional definitely not customer service oriented either."

"I booked a tour and I even called them to confirm. I had to ask for permission in my work to leave early. When I got there the office was closed and nobody contacted me to tell me it would be closed. Besides, they keep sending me emails asking me to book a tour. If they treat people like this imagine how the apartments will be."

"Im a long term resident of Ridgewood, my son and I have lived here for over 6 years. Great customer service and kid friendly community. The people in the office are very polite, easy to talk and professional. I would definitely recommend Ridgewood to anyone looking for a home."

"Horrible. I've rent to the rent office so many times with complaints about the neighbors above me about the many of children running,stomping across my head. Nothing has been done about the situation yet. I will not be renewing my lease after January 2924."
