"Great location. Great Maintenance Workers. The Queens and Kings in the office are gentle. Apartments are great. Need more security cameras to provide proof of neighbors taking advantage of shared space (essentially being lazy and ruining the environment)."
"The Maintenance Crew did an excellent job of getting our furnace repaired quickly. Jason and Brandon you Rock! Being without heat at 3am Sunday morning was quite a shock. Brandon came out and brought a temporary heater. Jason was here as promised first thing this morning and he promised we would have heat by this evening.We appreciate how hard he worked to get the repairs done."
"I am currently a resident at grand Oaks at Ogeechee, and I positively love the place! I moved down 15 months ago, and Raven was absolutely a godsend! She goes above, and beyond to help everybody that she can, and she is very professional, and never Shows her face without a big smile. Anytime I went in the office to pay my rent, or put in for my air conditioner filter be changed she always met me with a big smile anyway just to let you know Raven is the one to go to if you’re looking for a place she is absolutely amazing !"
"The apartments themselves are fine. They are nice and cozy, and I really enjoy having the screened in porch. The maintenance people are really awesome and work super hard. The issue with this apartment complex is the management. The communication is horrible. They don’t address any actual resident concerns; they just send out passive aggressive rent reminders. Trash is charged at an extra $25 a month (not counted in rent) but they often don’t pick it up for a variety of reasons. The community is trashy- literally. There is trash everywhere even though we live right on a natural water way. Additionally, people don’t pick up their animal waste, so there is dog poop everywhere you walk. The pool is often close during the warmer months for no clear reason. The gym has had a broken treadmill for over a year and they refuse to fix it even though I’ve asked them to multiple times. The gate is always broken, but I prefer it broken. It’s more of a pain when it’s fixed. The line backs up, and I’ve waited for 10 minutes to get inside because people just line up and don’t move. I’d look past a lot of this, but the amount the charge in rent is ridiculous compared to the actual quality of life you receive."
