"My experience was very great the staff was very polite and the leasing manager did an amazing job getting me in the apartment very fast"
"I lived at this apartment for a few years and at first it wasn’t that bad. Rent was cheap although the apartments themselves are extremely outdated. I’m talking early 90’s cabinets, kitchen floors, ETC. you get what you pay for so we didn’t mind it too much. Over the years this area has become more rough and trashy. They started allowing halfway housing for drug addicts and individuals who have been in and out of prison. The company who owns the apartment gets a kick back in terms of government incentives from this program but they’ll never tell you or admit what’s going on. All of these individuals meet up in random spots waiting on a white van who picks them up to take them places. This is unfortunate for single or young women who want to walk their dogs out or take the trash out without being worried about what could happen to them. Last but not least, the apartment has a bunch of issues that have not been addressed including but not limited to leaks in their 30 year old roof, dry rot on back porches and around the complex itself and a lot of other cosmetic and structural issues that would take way too long to go in depth about. If you’re a young single woman who plans on living here by yourself, I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere as this is not necessarily the safest area/place to be by yourself."
"Mediocre at best. New company bought it and changed everything. The gym is now only open during office hours, so if you have a job you can't use it. And if you purchased the key from the old company, oh well they changed the lock. The hot tub was removed. The cute white picket fence around the duck pond was swapped for a chain link junk yard fence. The ducks can't even get in. The parking has always been rough, but it's gotten a lot worse and no one cares. They need assigned parking yesterday. They focus on all the wrong things. You can't have too many plants by your door, but nevermind the liquor bottles and chicken bones in the grass. And I have to now pay an extra fee based on how many bedrooms we have (not how many people) and I don't even remember what it was supposed to be for. They have more hidden fees than a cell phone company. Including a "trash service " but only if you work 9-5, night shift people can't participate but still have to pay for it and have to keep the trash can you can't use in your house. Just add an extra $200 to whatever the listed price is. And no, we have never been late nor caused any problems. This is an honest review. Be warned."
"My husband and I have really enjoyed living here over the past year and a half. The office staff has always been kind, and any maintenance request we’ve had to put in is quickly addressed and taken care of. The location is also perfect! It’s so easy to get on and off of Abercorn, and there’s a Food Lion just down the road. Overall, it’s been a great apartment for a great price."
