"Really enjoyed living here over the past year! I rented sight unseen since I was moving from out of state but they were very helpful the whole time. It's not a big deal but I expected some type of welcome basket or even a roll of toilet paper when I moved in since it's advertised as a "boutique" apartment. My biggest complaint would be the lack of insulation that was used during building. You can hear conversations or the TV from your neighbors unit very clearly and the people above me would always wake me up in the middle of the night with their stomping around. Aside from that, I LOVED the gym, although it needed to be cleaned more often than it was. To have a Peloton and free standing squat rack was a dream. I felt safe with the gated parking and having a unit that faced the pool. Management responded quickly to complaints and service requests. The units are well kept and have updated appliances. It's close to a lot of things but I'd recommend getting a bike as things within a short walking distance ("

"I recently moved in to a one bedroom at Park and Broad and I absolutely love living here! It is super close to the downtown area and Forsyth Park as well as SCAD classroom buildings. This is a perfect and super safe place for students who wish to live off campus. The Property Manager, Taylor, is amazing and super quick to respond to any inquiries or issues we might have and the maintenance person, James, is the sweetest human being and is always on top of any maintenance issues. Would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a wonderful, small and safe place to live!"

"I moved into the Park and Broad Apartments in the beginning of August, and I’ve love it here. The amenities are great. The pool & gym are both very clean and kept up very well. My move in process was so easy & smooth going because of Taylor and James. Taylor in the leasing office is super helpful. The apartment complex itself, is very clean and nice. Not too far from downtown, which is convenient since I’m at senior at SCAD and need to be close to the scad buildings. I also love the apartments themselves. They are newer & more modern then other places you’d find in Savannah. It’s definitely worth the price!!! I love it here."

"This is a wonderful apartment place run by an amazing community. I have been living here for 2 years now, and I did not run into any issues with my apartment. Everything is clean, renovated, and ready for you to move in at ease. Communication with the working staff here is excellent, they are very helpful and kind. The location is also very convenient to major places in Savannah. Overall, the community here is great and helpful. They have incredible services and prioritize their residents with much care and support. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a nice relaxing place to live in."
