"Love living in The Baxly. The appartment is beautiful, the layout is roomy. The River view is great. And the common areas are the best!"

"The Baxly is a great place to rent if you want to be in a pet friendly apartment complex. The leasing staff is very friendly and will answer all questions to the best of their ability. No issues at all during the moving process, and the building does provide a decent valet trash disposal service. Few important aspects to note is that the building is close to a loading yard for freight ships and it is in a development area of Savannah. Personally I had little to no issues with noise during working hours, but you could catch the occassional overtime construction work and loading trucks. Invest in a good pair of earplugs or noise cancelling earbuds if you choose a room closer to the river."

"I had a wonderful experience touring at the Baxly today! I just moved to Savannah, and I’m looking for a place that offers safety, cleanliness, and friendly staff while providing walking access to Riverstreet and the historic downtown. I hadn’t scheduled a tour, but showed up to the leasing office close to lunch time and was greeted so kindly by Kristen the moment I walked through the door! We walked through my needs and wants in a home, and allowed me to tour four different styles of apartments that align with my desires and budget. I left feeling informed to make the best decision possible when it comes to finding my new home! Thank you Baxly team and Kristen for welcoming me to Savannah :)"

"Terrible experience staying here. The quality is cheap for the price you’re paying. When I initially moved in I found empty liquor bottles in the dishwasher, dirty water bottles hidden next to the washer and dryer and empty caulk bottles with piles of sawdust just sitting under the cabinets in the kitchen. I was told that no one had lived in the unit before me. I switched units halfway through my lease due to construction noises outside my window. Brittany, the leasing manager told me I would only be paying a one time fee of $500 to transfer while keeping my same rent amount. I found out she had added an extra $1000 on my lease and I told her I would not and could not pay $3000 for a 1 bed unit. She looked me in my face and asked “why.” Before all of this I had mentioned I was thinking on moving down the hall and she called me later that week telling me she sold my current unit and I was forced to move all of my belongings in less than 24 hours. Not to mention the staff has no idea what they are doing at any time. Terrible customer service, I felt lied to and taken advantage due to my age. The apartment community was pretty good before new management took over late 2021."

"Great apartment so far! I love whenever we we call mechanic for some issues and they come right after call. And officers here in Baxly and lovely dog Baxly, everyone is amazing. I didn’t realize it while I was living here, but I can tell they have the best management in Savannah."
