"The staff at the apartments are extremely welcoming and kind, they ensure comfort within the different areas such as the office gym and workspace, the amenities never go unfilled and they remain diligent about keeping the area they work in very clean. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious and allow for a variety of different living styles. They are located next to a shopping center with an abundance of options as to how to spend an afternoon or even a weekend night."

"I’ve only been here at Slate for two weeks, but my entire experience with everyone has been extremely positive. From my first visit until today, the entire staff has been awesome. Any questions or issues that I have had have been addressed immediately. The complex is beautiful and in a perfect location. A big shout out to Devin, Chandler, Margaret, and the rest of the staff for making my experience here a great one."

"The service from the staff was extremely disappointing. This leasing experience stands out as one of the most unpleasant I've encountered. They consistently failed to follow up as promised and provided misinformation. Communication was severely lacking. Calling in often resulted in being ignored, reflecting a lack of organization and disregard for potential residents. Both the management and staff displayed a lack of concern. During one call, the staff seemed unaware they had answered the phone and were unprofessional in attempting to handle the situation. Even after three weeks of waiting, my application remained incomplete. Initially friendly, their behavior later felt insincere. I recommend exploring other residences with better care and amenities for potential residents to save time and frustration."

"I stayed here 3 months and did not have a good experience. There were lots of spiders and bugs in my room maybe b/c it was a first floor? I had a broken dishwasher for 34 days until it was finally fixed, and I had to stay on them to get it fixed. Took them 13 days to even come look at it to tell it me it needs to be fixed. Very poor communication. The staff were very bad about returning emails or calls. Even upper management would email me that they were going to call me back and never did. However, they recently got new staff and the bad ones are gone except for one lady in upper management who doesn't work on site and the new ones are better at communication. The newer staff Devin and Ametria were very good about returning messages and calls as promised and actually seemed to care so they may be able to turn this place around. I wish they were there the whole time I was there. They do have a nice gym is another positive."

"It’s a great place to rent. Apartments are specious, appliances are good, amenities provided are really nice. It’s a perfect location, nearby restaurants, shopping, walking trails. The new management has done a good job. Anastasia has provided a great service. She has been very helpful with service requests, access issues etc. She is always enthusiastic, she tries to bring variety of food trucks to the apartment community and cares for the people. Overall a wonderful experience at Solis/now Slate. I highly recommend Thai place."
