"Still is an amazing place to live. Maintence crew Tracy, Bruce and Taylor are prompt, kind, and professional. They are the reason Kilnsea looks the way it does. Worthy of the salary they make and more!!! Thank you for being caring, and concern about making Kilnsea a great place to live!!!!!!! I have lived at Kilnsea Village for a little over a year and I must say that I am thoroughly clean with this apartment complex! I especially appreciate the maintenance staff Tracey and Bruce who worked diligently to make sure that the property grounds are always clean and tidy and even spend time on the weekends. I have seen them out in the morning at 8 AM picking up any trash they are meticulous to detail and always friendly when you see them! Not to mention, the apartment sizes are great, and the management staff there is also awesome! I love living at Kilnsea!"

"Kids get beat up and stabbed in the playground. Car break ins regularly and 1 apartment break in recently. Gates to the apartments don't work most the time. The only sliver of hope for this complex is that their maintenance team is on top of stuff, get request done in a timely manner. Go anywhere else. The amenities offered don't negate the fact that this is supposed to be a gated and safe community."

"The staff has been excellent. Any minor detail is immediately looked into. Tina, Selena, and Tammy take pride in the service to their customers. I've been to apartment complexes when the only thing that matters is whether or not your rent is on time. Outside of that, they've had no interest in you. This is not the case here at Kilnsea Village. Thank you Kilnsea Village"

"I stopped in to Kilnsea Village apartments looking for a place for my friend who is moving here soon. I was greeted by Tammy with a big welcoming smile. She gave me a few basic details then took me around the complex, explaining and showing all the amenities, the pool, clubhouse, gym etc. Tammy was not only extremely knowledgeable but very personable and fun, she made me laugh! Overall it was a great experience and I will be bringing my friend back to get an apartment, it’s a nice place but having helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly staff like Tammy makes all the difference!"

"I was one of the first people who moved to this complex. It was surprising how fast it filled up. Looking back I understand now why it filled up so fast. They let anyone in no matter how low your credit score is. And I highly doubt they'll do any background checks. When I moved here they offered me a 1 year lease for $670 a month and 1 month free but I opted for 6 month lease for $750/month. After my lease was up they raised my rent to $860/month!!! That's 20% increase!! I didn't get 20% in my pay from Boeing. So these guys are getting greedy and this place is not worth it. The pool is TINY. If you want to know how NY subways feel like use the pool in summer. It’s basically a bathtub with 20 adults and 20 kids standing in water. Almost comical. What a crazy architect. Wish the best to everyone and stay safe."
