"I DO NOT recommend this place! Me and my fiancé toured and decided to put in an application. It was 400$ and we waited an entire week for them to get back to us, called almost everyday to ask about our application status when finally on the 7th day of calling with no answer from them, we try to log onto our account and it was disabled! We finally got in contact with them to see a reason for this and they stated they wouldn’t be giving us a refund of any kind even though they didn’t even send an email or try to call to say we were not approved. Completely unacceptable and honestly just seems like a scam. This place is very unprofessional and we were really looking forward to living here!"

"I recently moved to the Summerville area and Hudson at Cane Bay has new apartments with the modern look and larger rooms which I love having moved from midtown Atlanta. I think the saltwater pool is fantastic ( has a great little area for kids pictured) and the gym is clean with new machines and a separate yoga room. I haven't been here long but so far the staff is nice and attentive, the neighborhood is clean and it's nice and quiet here!"
